The concept, project and construction of Edifício Campo Pequeno reveals a responsible and innovative approach to environmental issues and the desire to improve the quality of living through the use of a wide range of solutions such as:
- A personalised smart house system that allows efficient control of security and maximises the use of the infrastructures to ensure high standards of comfort;
- Room heating and hot water provided by solar panels installed on the south and west-facing façades, contributing to a reduction in CO2 emissions estimated at 25,000 kg/year;
-Designer solutions and devices to reduce water and electricity consumption;
-Use of natural and renewable materials for thermal and acoustic insulation and for the majority of the claddings.
